Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair

Note: Lubricate all bearings and contact surfaces with white lubricating paste, Part No. AOS 126 000 05.

Note: If the fork is properly adjusted and the clutch pedal does not return fully check for:
air in the hydraulic system
tight pedal bushing
jammed return spring

Note: Clutch pedal must not rest against clutch master cylinder or excessive clutch disc wear will occur.
