ADJUST






- Disconnect heater flap cable at programmer.
- Inner cable end must not come up against the lever arm.
- Disconnect cable clip on heat exchanger housing.
- Turn ignition on.
- Set maximum heat output 9O°F (32°C) AUTO on control head.
- Wait two minutes.
- Reattach cable to programmer.






- Push cable sleeve in the direction of arrow until heater flaps for temperature regulation come against stop.
- Install cable clip.


CHECK ADJUSTMENT
- Engine warm and idling.
- Set control head to Auto 9O°F (32°C).
- Wait 2 minutes.





- Check cable adjustment at heat exchanger housing.
- Set control head to Auto 6O°F (15°C).
- Wait 2 minutes.





- Check cable adjustment at heat exchanger housing.
