Panoramic Glass Roof Sunshade Roll Blind Removal/Installation

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the sunshade track or the related parts.
- A blind and an opposite one should be replaced with a new pair at the same time.

1. Open the blind half way.

2. Remove the headliner Service and Repair.

3. Remove the lower crossmember Panoramic Glass Roof Sunshade Frame Lower Crossmember Replacement.

4. Turn the edges of the blinds (A) over 90 °, then remove them from the shoes (B).






5. Remove the spacers (A) from the end of the blind shafts (B).






6. Slide the blinds (A) against the sunshade track (B) to release the ends of the blind shafts (C) from the sunshade track.






7. Remove the other side end of each blind shaft (A) from the sunshade track (B), then remove the blinds (C).






8. Before installing the blind (A), rotate the blind 360 ° 10 times to pre-load the blind.






9. Push the blind shaft (A) to insert the pin (B) has a diameter of less than 1 mm (0.04 in) into the holes (C).

NOTE: Do not remove the pin from the blind until the blind is reinstalled.






10. Insert the planed shape end of the blind shaft (A) into the hole (B) on the sunshade track (C).






11. Remove the pins (A) from the blind shafts (B).






12. Install the spacers (A) to the end of the blind shafts (B).






13. Insert the other side end of each blind shaft (A) into the hole (B) on the sunshade track (C).






14. Install the edges of the blinds (A) on the shoes (B).






15. Reinstall all remaining removed parts.

16. Reset the panoramic glass roof control unit Testing and Inspection.
