Panoramic Glass Roof Sunshade Drive Assembly Disassembly/Reassembly

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the sunshade track.
- A sunshade and an opposite one should be replaced with a new pair at the same time.
- Even if the original sunshade is to be reused, the push shoes and the pull shoes should be replaced with new ones.

1. Remove these items:

- Roll blinds Panoramic Glass Roof Sunshade Roll Blind Removal / Installation
- Mechanism track covers/glass rear covers, both sides Service and Repair

2. Slide the push shoes (A), and the pull shoes (B) rearward, then remove the shoes from the sunshade tracks (C).






3. Remove the inner cable (A) from the sunshade track (B).






4. Remove the screws with a T25 TORX bit and pull the sunshade tracks (A) rearward, then remove the sunshade track from the sunshade drive (B).






5. Install the sunshade track in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- Damaged parts should be replaced.
- Apply multipurpose grease to the guide rail area of the track (A) indicated by the arrow.





6. Reset the panoramic glass roof control unit Testing and Inspection.
