Engine does not crank

Check for loose battery terminals or connections.

Test the battery for a low state of charge Battery Test.

Check for symptom troubleshooting:

Check the starter Starter System Circuit Troubleshooting (With Keyless Access System).

Check starter cut relay 1 and starter cut relay 2 Testing and Inspection.

Check the +B cut relay (M/T model) Testing and Inspection.

Check the brake pedal position switch Testing and Inspection.

Check the clutch pedal position switch A (M/T model) Clutch Pedal Position Switch A Test (M/T).

Check the transmission range switch (A/T model) Testing and Inspection.

Check the engine start/stop switch and its related circuits Testing and Inspection.

Also check for

Poor ground at G301 (M/T model) or G101 (A/T model)
