Dashboard Center Trim Removal/Installation

Special Tools Required

- KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014*
*Available through the Acura Tool and Equipment Program.

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the trim or the panels.

- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

1. Remove the driver's center trim (A) or the passenger's center trim (B).
-1 Gently pull the lower portion of the trim up to detach the clips from the edge of the center console (C).
Disconnect the engine start/stop switch connector (D) (for some models).

2. Install the trim in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Make sure the engine start/stop switch connector is plugged in properly (for some models).

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.

- Push the clips into place securely.
