Tilt Wheel Handle: Adjustments

1. Attach a spring scale to the knob of the telescopic lever.
2. Measure the force required to move the lever. Preload is 70 - 90 N (15 - 20 lbs).





3. If the force measured is not within the specification, loosen the locknut, then turn the telescopic adjusting bolt until the correct force can be obtained.
