Ball Joint: Service and Repair

Ball Joint Replacement


1. Remove steering knuckle as described under Steering Knuckle / Service and Repair.
2. Pry off snap ring to remove boot.
3. Remove circlip.
4. Using ball joint removal tool Nos. 07965-SB00100 and 07965-SB00300 or equivalents, press out ball joint.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
