Valve Guide: Service and Repair

NOTE: Heat cylinder head to 300°F before removing or installing valve guides.

1. Drive valve guide out of bottom of cylinder head using a suitable tool.
2. Chill replacement guides in freezer for approximately one hour prior to installation.
3. Using suitable valve guide installation tool, drive valve guide into place until tool bottoms.
